Right so tonight...I broke a promise to a best friend, self harmed for the first time in 5-7 months...I can't go down this road again! And not to mention i'm now in a lot of pain...

i went like.. a year? maybe more without self-harming and it was going great.
and then a few days ago i destroyed my arm. i know how you feel. it's so addicting.

You managed that long :O Thats longer than i have managed and you should just think about it before you do it. You managed so long are you going to let this small "hiccup" ruin it all for you? No don't let it. Stay strong :)

Just stay strong, just think of it as a bump in the road. Carry on like nothing happened and dont do it again. Think about how upset your friend would be if she found out and how much pain your in.
