I've noticed recently a lot of topics in this forum seem to be being bumped (one of them was from July).

I was just wondering why so many people r going against the rules? XD

Well, Mr.Hypocrite first off this isnt the right place to ask this (ha im jk not trying to be mean)

But people dont bother to read the post dates, they just want to add their input and feel special

Lol I'm just saying like I'm sure theres been 30 posts of the same thing since July lol.

This is a hard rule for me to follow also. I've never been on a forum with this rule but I'm getting used to not posting in topics 1 month old or more

Dustin pretty much summed it up, but sometimes they just don't realize it's old. *shrug* It happens, but the mods are pretty good at fixing things up. :)

Ya, it's not that people want to break the rules *I hope*, it's that usually new members won't see the post date, or when in a thread, at the bottom of the screen there are "related threads" and most of those are already old, but they just post anyway.
Please take some time to look and read over other places on the sits, so you can post things in appropriate places.

People often get caught out if someone else has already bumped the thread. They see it in "New Posts" or wherever and the previous post might be today or yesterday, but actually if you look back a bit further you can see that there is a gap where somebody else made the bump.

As nick said, someone will bump it unwillingly and then other people will post in it after they do. Not realizing they are.
