I thought guys generally had both, I mean, to work your chest out don't you generally have to do the same thing to get a six pack? Either way, i'd probably say i'd go for the six pack, but it's not really something I need to make me attracted to someone, so I wouldn't look at it too deeply.

you do different work outs for both eg. bench press for chest and doesnt help to get abs, to get abs you can do situps.



thanks girls for your opinions i know that guys dont need to have all these to be a good man but i just wanted to know so i can feel better about myself as i have both but it takes a long time each day to work them both as i have to study for school so i ask your opinion so that i could focus more on either abs or chest muscles

For me, to be honest i dont really like it when guys have six packs i mean its hott but idk it makes them seem unreal and fake and as for chest mustles i like that. =] i just really prefer a guy with just a flat tummy with chest mustles.. you dont have to be ripped.. but, not fat.. it makes them seem alot more.. human and real to me and thats what i find sexy

well not necesarilly, i have an 8 pack and bc i lost alot of weight really quick when i was slimming down and im not flabby i just have extra skin that didnt shrink to my body so i dont have the nice chest that normally goes with the abs
