Sorry if this is in the wrong place for some reason, but I'm just really confused. The normal body temp is 98.6 right? Well then why is MY temp always around 95 or 96? I'm not sick, it's just always like this. And would this explain why I'm always so cold, lol. Thanks in advance. (:

I would see a doctor, if I was you.
That is not good, at all. It's very dangerous.

Have you tried a different thermometer for a wider range of results? The thermometer you're using could just be off.

While 98.6 is the canonical normal body temperature, your body temperature varies throughout the day. Also, what kind of thermometer did you use? Rectal thermometers give the most accurate results; if you use an under-the-tongue thermometer it could easily be significantly affected by your eating or drinking anything cold within the 15-20 minutes before temperature measurement. Make sure not to eat or drink anything cold in that time, and remeasure.

Even if it's still low, there is definitely variation in body temperatures between different people that doesn't necessarily indicate some horrible disease.
