The right side of the hood of my clit and the right side of my lips stick out more.. bigger than both lefts.. Is that normal? And will it ever even out?

You'll find that, although you'd expect it to be, the body is hardly ever identical. People often have a bigger boob and so on... I'd say that what you're experiencing is nothing abnormal, and that it may change as you grow, and even it doesn't i can't see it being any problem whatsoever
