Getting self confidence.

i need a big boost in confidence, im pretty shy at school and always hesitate, i dont like being out of my comfort zone, and for what i want to do when im older i need to start believing in myself! Any ideas how to overcome this?

Trust in yourself, one thing that will keep you back, is worying about other peoples opinions, be confident in what you say and do
