I am just curious to knwo whe do boys get hair on their testis?

I'm assuming you mean when, in which case like everything else about puberty it varies, its not possible to state an age or anything like that. It just happens when its ready.

The pubic region is what gives its name to pubes... considering that your testes are included within the pubic region, when you get pubes you should get that hair too.. Although some people just don't get it at all.

Some people get hair on there testicles, some don't... I guess give it time and it will eventually happen when you it on the pubic region.

you don't get hair on your testis, you get hair on your scrotum. :)

Not usually, but I suppose it's possible. Hair on the scrotum seems to be lighter and thinner than hair above the penis..
