Im looking for something under $30
I really only need it to record video, I don't need audio

An easycap would be a good start but it depends what you have in mind
and alot of capcards require other things
like extra av cables and extra connectors
i was actually looking at some before with tom
the EZCAP dc60+
2 Av cables and 2 or 3 female to 2 female splitter connector
it was like 30 POUNDS on amazon
so thats like 45 dollars but its probably one of the cheapest your gonna find tbh
just search around on amazon or something
and make sure the stuff is acutally real
can i ask what sorta stuff your intending to record

yea i was talknig to my mate about that
best bets probably the dc60+ cos its pretty cheapbut still good
