Ok. So I am a die hard weight lifting junkie. I am willing to try as many shakes, and supplements that will help me to get bigger. I do not beleive in Sterioids or any thing else illegal. I have a few questions for everyone out there that has any suggestions on what to try, and what not to try. If you give a suggestion on what NOT to try, please give me some bad personal stories, as a reason not to try that supplement.

Right now I am using Creatine. I am in love with creatine b/c from starting it a month ago, I have gained at least a good solid 10 pounds. Creatine also gets a bad reputation. People try to say that creatine causes muscle tears, and exploding muscles, and if you dont drink enough water you will have terrible cramps.

That last one is true, but since I am a Weightlifting fan i Drink the daily 8 glasses of water, a day, even more.
But i can tell you from a personal experience that Creatine is not a bad thing as long as you take the receomended dosage, and you drink lots of water, the more water you drink the more improvement you will see.

So to close this up i want to ask again. All you Lifting Junkies, Post some suggestions on what to try and wat not to try, and give personal examples on why you think that.

Supplements are overated. I do believe in a good multivitamin though and some whey protein powder. I've used a weight gainer supplement in the past and that helped me get to around 228-230lbs. Now I'm just using a multivit + whey protein shake once or sometimes twice a day depending on my food intake and how busy I am.

I've never used creatine, I know tonnes of people that have or do, but I'm not too bothered about looking into it. You know what's underated? Food/calorie intake. For any athlete, particularly a bodybuilder/weight lifter/power lifter, food is essential. Protein/carbs are important with moderate fats/healthy fats. I know if you're taking creatine it's advisable that you flush the system by drinking plenty of water. Be careful if you're a little misguided that you've gained 10lbs, you could have gained but one of the things creatine does is hold water within the muscle, giving a 'fuller' appearance and thus looking bigger. Plus the extra water weight will gain a few lbs depending on how much you're holding.

i never saw it from that perspective...

Whey protein is a supplement by the way. If you take powder shakes and stuff. its a supplement. but since whey protein is found in foods. Creatine is also made in your body, so taking creatine shakes and stuff just increases the amount of creatine in your body......whey proteins arnt made in your body. you have to eat foods to get whey protein

I'm aware of what whey protein is, and the fact that a supplement should be used WITH a proper whole food diet, not instead of. The advantage of a whey protein shake is that it can be taken post work out and can be absorbed very quickly (whey is fast release, casein is slow release), as opposed to having to travel home and cook/prepare a meal, when you can just drink a shake for convenience.

You should definitely approach supplement with caution, especially when young. Creatine is overrated, and just fills your muscles with water. I think you're just better off with a good teen supplement (http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/product_info.php?products_id=7594), some EFAs (essential fatty acids, like fish oil), and moderate working out. I think taking a more natural approach is better for your body in the long run, and we've still got many years ahead of us to keep it toned.

Kre-Alkylen works pretty good but NO-Xplode shakes are also good as they have nitric oxide its equally or more powerful creatine

I've used NO-Xplode before, only a few times. I didn't feel much from it to tell the truth. I know quite a few people that take it or have taken it, and claim good results from it though. It's pretty much the most popular NO product on the market today.
