Hi,
I'm 13( yah I know, when I was registering I pushed down the wrong button, I don't know how to fix xD)
and I have Pubic Hair, Under arm hair [ so much I hafta shave it off] , thick leg hair [ which I also shave], AND vaginal discharge ( not yeast, thought it was, but it's not ), but I still do not have my period!! I've had all this for probably 5-6 months now, so, am I abnormal or sumthing?!!

It'll happen soon, give it time. It takes a while to happen even with all those signs. Do you really want your period that bad? I mean seriously, all it is is torture. I'm serious. It's really not worth it. >.<

im not gonna be one of those people who say "you are completely normal, you are fine" b/c alot of people say that and it might not nessesarily be true, but in your situation, i did some online studying just for you and i think you will be fine. You probably just have a little bit more testosterone then most girls. Everybody in the world has a little bit of etrogen (the girl hormone) and alittle bit of testosterone (guy hormone) what determines if you are a guy or a girl is ur hormone level balance of each hormone....Im not sayin that you are half guy, but u might have a bit higherlevel of testosterone than other girls, which causes the excess hair.

As for the discharge: There are many causes of discharge. Im not an expert in this area, but I'm suggesting that you clean it thouroughly, maybe invest in a douche bag (its a real thing, not just a mean name).
