Yea I must have done something to piss off the computer this weekend and it decided to crash on me....I was able to reload most files as I back up monthly but one thing I forgot to save as i forgot all about it was my codes for my PDA programs....

These are $20 software programs each and i had 4....I got 3 off a site but I need the code for the forth one again and I just cant get handango.com get get it for me again...

Heres the link to the game
http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&osId=481&jid=CX463226736F277BA1AC39D2EFA47X38&N=4294967103%2093274&Ntt=tanks&productId=85256&R=85256

I hope someone can get me that unlock code...the PDA says you can get the code from Isotope244.com as well

Why don't you just ask technical support for your program. If you bought it, then they might reimburse you with another key if you can give them all the information you have. Of course, if you didn't buy this product legally, and attempt to get a new code for it by asking them, they could actually charge you with fraud. All they need is to contact your ISP to get your exact location...

Well excuse me, but currently I'm assuming that he has already legally purchased the software.

Yes, sadly, tech support is sometimes quite lazy and just likes to copy and paste default solutions from the FAQ that somehow have no relevance to the problem you have... Just like MySpace -_- Forgot what email address and password I used to register, and nooo... It was far beyond them to lookup even my email address. I still cannot login because someone felt the need to just copy and paste the "Cannot Login" section from the FAQ -_-

i get the same with most technical support, tho the technical support from the site i ordered my computer case from were really good. but anyway if you purchased it then you should be able to get your codes again. perhaps try ringing them up.

Man almost all tech support i have incountered has never helped. Whitch in the long run has i gusse helped me b/c i had to learn to do it myself. But ya try calling them, tho from my exsperence you may have to wate for an operater for like 2 hours even after going through like 10 machines(but that depends on the compiny).

customer service could not help me...

and heres what they started to make more money off people

after you load some software you have a choice of paying $10 for "coverage" up to one year, $20 for two years

this "coverage" is simply a code they give you so that if you loose your software or have to reload it to another PDA, you can put it in and load it again

.........but anyways i ended up having to pay another $20 for the software...
