well it actually is still against the law, as you have not reached the age of consent, therefore you can not legally consent to anything sexually.

although statutory rape only applies when you have sex, and you are not having sex so that doesnt count for you. although since you are 14 and he is 25 then things get a bit dodgy cause you are under age. although i dont the exact laws etc.

i dont think its right to be honest, but thats just my opinion.

I agree, it's not exactly a brilliant idea to fool around with anyone that much older than you, especially someone who you are related to. It changes the dynamics of the relationship completley, and not really for the better.
