Ok is this normal, i'm 14 almost 15, penis is 6 1/8 inches, 5 in circumference, and have body hair on stomach, under arms, pubic area, butt, and some on chest.

Is that normal?

The hair is average. But I'm not so sure your penis is really 5 inches in circuference (girth). That's really big >_<
