If you actually respected your Girlfriend then your immediate answer should of been no. It's basically like she's cheating on you with your brother. Besides I don't want to know how old your brother is, but it all just seems weird to me.
It could destroy the relationship between you and your Gf. If it goes wrong, your brother could feel guilty; or it might just be awkward. I would just recommend staying out of it.

Well like I commented earlier, I think its mixed up for all the reasons that the other guys have said. But really I cant go along with this idea that you should do it for him either.
