Cum /can/ actually be lumpy, it's not uncommon for it to be.
And it's definitely something NOT to worry about.

I actually had the same problem once before and I freaked out and went to my doc the next day. He said that it was because I was dehydrated. I drank some water and by that night, it was good.

What are you talking about.. that's the biggest heap of shit I've seen in a while.

Semen can be lumpy, it is completely normal. Dehydration may affect it, I have no idea. It's nothing to worry about unless the lumps get above a pea size.
