Lance, short answer, yes, I think it makes you selfish. It might seem gross at first but, so long as the other person has good personal hygiene, thats just something you get over. If someone of either sex was going to do that favour to you it would probably be gross for them at first too.

There's a seperate issue about the cum, in my opinion its up to each person (thats giving the bj) to decide for themself whether they are willing to let the guy cum in their mouth. It should always be acceptable not to do that.

i think that it is really up to you, although the person giving you head, might get pissed off if you don't give it back. So i think it would be smart to at least tell them up front that you were not comfortabal giving it back, so they are not pissed when you don't.
