Windows 7 volume bar pops up in the middle of the screen

So I recently upgraded to the Radeon HD 4550 video card and now every time I click on the little volume icon to adjust the volume at the bottom right of the screen, the volume adjuster pops up in the middle of the screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try getting the latest drivers from ATI's website for your video card and it should fix the problem.
