I don't think the person was being very serious. I think what they were trying to say is that the only true way to determine someone's size, is to simply see it for yourself.

No. It doesn't matter. Penis size, in my opinion, has very little to do with what you offer socially, or in any context of relationship, short of sex.
The only thing that comparing with other people will do is give you a false idea that you are better because you're bigger, or worse because you're smaller. Especially given the fact that in a few years time, you could very well be bigger, and he be smaller.

Usually the guys that brag about being huge are usually the ones with small dicks. Also, size really doesn't matter too much. Now if your like 2-3 inches it's too small a good area to be around is 4-7 inches above 8 inches, and you can actually cause the girl pain

However, in the modern world, girls are more worried about a person. How they treat their partner, and how they use their snake - be it big or small. So basically, no. Size does not matter.

Usually people add about an inch to themselves I think.
As a general rule of thumb, go down .5 inches for any internet penis size posted.

i think you can tell by just the way they speak about it. you know how you can tell if someone is is lying by like a twitch or they hesitate well thats what i think.
