Hey guys,
Um I want to lose my stomach fat and the fat on my thighs. Im 13 and weigh 61.8kg but I have a really large stomach and when i sit down the fat rolls into love handles. When ever I sit down my thigh fat splits and there really wide and floppy. Does anyone have a diet and excercise plan because I want to look good for my first year of highschool. I start in three weeks and i plan to do alot of excercise during the day.

With permission with your parents, you can always afterschool, or on the weekends, can go to the park and exercise. You can jog around the park thats really good cardio exercise. Or you can always do push ups. You can use playground equipment as well.
As far as a diet plan, cut back on junk food and eat vegetables.

Go to your doctor and ask for a referral to a dietitian & a nutritionist.
Don't diet - change your lifestyles.
Exercise must be something you can do every week for a long time, keep active, don't just exercise a lot then stop when you've lost the weight, spread out the exercise out in the week - something long term.
Whatever you do, DON'T stop eating - DON'T restrict - DON'T throw up meals - DON'T abuse laxatives - DON'T use diet pills.
Good luck.
&be safe.

i suggest you to reduce Carbonhydrates in your diet ;) ( avoid pasta rice bread, etc)
Try to eat a lot of meat (low in fats) like chicken , fish ,some cow and pig parts .Besides try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits
Proteins are better than carbonhydrates because they avoid better the feeling of hungry.another suggestion i give you is to try to drink a lot of water! avoid coca ,sprite etc
Do a lot of excercise!.

I can give you some advice on what to take, I learnt it from a friend. Its a detox, if you do it properly, you lose about 3kg - 5kg per week.
Here is how to:
Get a bottle of maple syrup
2 lemons
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
Mix it up. Don't eat anything else, drink that mixture whenever you get hungry. Drink lots of plain water.. do this for a week, no more no less. Getting an upset tummy is normal so don't panic if you do, this is suppose to wash your system clean of the toxins it has accumulated. You will not be depriving your body of nutrients, part of the mixture is suppose to take care of your body's nutritional needs. You have to be prepared to go through it, it isn't easy but I can promise you it works
I did it myself a few years ago. I was 99kg then and I crashed diet to 68kg in a month or so.. Roughly 1kg per day. I jogged 2.4 km everyday in addition to drinking the formula above and abstaining from food. did it for a month or so and I dropped a total of 31kg. My friends and teachers from school thought I was a transfer student lol (I did this during holidays). It wasn't healthy for me and I do not encourage you to follow what I did. I was foolish.
Follow what I wrote in the first part of this post. You do not need to exercise during that week, if you do, the results will be better but even without exercise, I can assure you will drop at least 3kg after a week.
I need to stress that you do not follow my RL example, do this for exactly a week and you wanna continue, take a one week break first.

Eat healthy and exercise is the best advice anyone can give :) It's the most healthy way to lose weight.
Don't follow the advice in the post above if you don't want stomach cramps and diaoherra, cause that is all that is going to cause. I did that diet for a few days before and I felt awful.. it was such a terrible move. After the first day I felt all tired and lethargic, the 2nd day I felt unmotivated and the 3rd day I just spent sleeping. As soon as my mum took me off the diet I felt so much better when I was eating healthily.
Just eat normally and the extra weight will come off eventually ^_^ Hopes it goes well :D Good luck x

Galen Id like to know how something loaded with sugar, citric acid and chili powder makes you lose weight. Of course that would give you an upset stomach not only is the citric acid nomming your the lining of your stomach (I think it does that not entirely sure) but the syrup has like a ton of sugar and crap in it. I wouldn't recommend that AT ALL. Crash dieting is not healthy for you in anyway and stopping yourself from eating everything but that formula is dangerous. You body goes into starvation mode two days without food, and it burns the fat in your body at such a high rate it starts burning the muscle too.
If you want to actually lose some weight do what everyone else said, don't cut back on the food (Cut back on portions, large portions are good) And exercise. Cut out sugars like pop. I lost 5lbs in two weeks from not drinking any pop at all (used to drink like 4 a day) and most of the fat could be water weight, so drinking a lot of water will flush that from your system. People gain water weight when they don't drink as much water as they need and the body holds it in the form of fat. This is a mechanism that humans have had for a long time. (Meaning way back when it was hard to get water this was how they survived)
So yeah...exercise, cutting sugars, and shrinking meal portions BUT NOT cutting back on meals. Remember you have to burn the calories you take in, so huge meal portions don't help this.

It's not about dieting like someone said its about a change of lifestyle. Eat less sugary and fatty foods and exercise. Try a new hobby, something active. You could also go swimming with friend or siblings if you have any. Use your initiative.
