first of all, i hope this is in the right place cuz i couldnt find a place close enough to my question. anyway, im 15 y.o. and i weigh 200 lbs. ive been overweight forever and ive tried very hard many times to lose weight but ive only lost 10 lbs at best only to regain it days later. ive tried minimizing my portions, exercise, and drinking water but nothing seems to do anything. i really really want help please!! i want to have smaller size clothes and not be embarrassed to take off my shirt. please help!!

join a gym, get some work out buddies who share common goals, and stay away from junk food, weight cant come back if you dont eat junk food, you can eat a lot of fruit you know, or a large, green salad, no fried food, meats included, and just because it has "protein" in it dosent always make it great. a great substitution is baked meat, it isnt as fattening, also, just cuz it dosent have fat cals in it dosent make it good either, sugar can slow your metabolism, so candy can tire you out, good luck!!

thanks but ive done all that and nothing happens. well, not the gym part but i have a treadmill at home and some weights, besides, you can exercise using youre own body weight ie push-ups, sit-ups. could it be because my metabolism is super slow?

No offense. But 200 pounds isn't really nothing to panic about. Unless you are morbidly obese, which is probably close to 300 pounds and up, you shouldn't be panicking about your weight. But if you feel that you need to lose weight, get a diet plan. Don't over workout, you can sometimes gain weight by doing that. Just relax. You are not that overweight. Staying away from candy and drinking lots of water wouldn't hurt.

easiest way to not get that much recognition is to be more active in a plethora of sports.
