Okay. So, there are really tons of different techniques, but we aren't allowed to speak of those here, so I will just give some general information:

1. Make sure that you are "turned on" before you begin. Usually porno, or other sex-related things will do this for you.
2.You can use just about anything- usually plastic and not-breakable and non-toxic so it's safer- to penetrate.
