Extending the taskbar across 2 monitors in Windows 7

I'm having some trouble finding out how to do this... any help?

And no, I don't want to use ultramon or multimon or w/e, those just place a crappy looking taskbar on the second monitor. I wanna know how to extend the actual taskbar across the monitors. I've seen it done on a triple monitor setup on display at Fry's electronics
