So for some reason, I have a bulge ALL THE TIME!!!! My penis isn't even that big....it's i guess a little bigger than average for my age...but i hate it! I'm always self-conscience about it when I go in front of a class... Any ideas why this is?

Lots of things are gonna affect that. For example how big you are, what type of underwear you wear (it the hold your package in up a 'bulge' it might be more noticeable than if it is loose in boxers), and what type of pants you wear (tighter fitting things will show more, especially if they are low rise and the crouch is cut high). Lots of people have this issue, some worse than others but I don't think its much of a problem. It happens to me when I wear jeans and I know people can see it. It makes me uncomfortable at times but if you look close enough you can see this on almost every guy. Be proud of what you've got but if it really bothers you try wear different clothes and see if it helps.

It may just be that you are very self conscious about it. If you wear workout type shorts with boxers, things hang very loosely. If you want to reduce your bulge, wear compression underwear and adjust your pants so that your zipper is right over your penis.

There is no stopping a bulge. You can try to wear loose underpants but many bulges are usually only temporary.

Two things, firstly, it shouldn't bother you, its natural and i know some people are immature but just embrace it, and secondly, if it bothers you that much wear baggier boxers, and jeans or just baggier clothes in general.
