I am going to be making a webpage with someone and we plan to have a main item and then a "Post Your Comments!" like thing under it. It would look something like this...http://wowvault.ign.com/screenshots/?ss=1710. We just have no idea how! Any ideas?

Sure, but what coding? What language? I have no clue. Probably Java or Javascript...I'm not sure.

if its gonna be PHP, then it will definitely need an SQL database, whether it be MySQL or PostgreSQL.
