how do you stop getting update emails from vt

Go to your User CP. On the side menu go to "Subscriptions" Clicky (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription) There you will see all the threads you will get emails for when a post or something in put in there. (Unsure of you have any other emails coming through, but they are the most likely) You can also change your settings for when you post in a thread in the "Edit Options" part of your CP. scroll down till you see "Default Thread Subscription Mode" Clicky (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions) and change the setting there to you want.
