I've seen...
Rookie, Haste The Day, Relient K, Switchfoot, Lecrae, Pillar, New Empire, Blessed By A Broken Heart and Ivoryline.
That's about it, the best out of those was probably Switchfoot, then Haste The Day.

I havent been to many, Nickelback shortly after Silver Side Up came out, Edwin McCain, Aaron Lewis (Staind) acoustic, and Shinedown.
I dont know what I'd want to see next, if Matchbox Twenty wasnt so shitty nowadays it would be them. But it would probably be something acoustic, that to me is so beautiful.

I'll agree that Slipknot aren't brilliant, but Suicide Silence? they're like a canful of emo with less than a droplet of metal, forming a band which is essentially, terrible

I wouldn't put SS in the "emo" group of music. I find them very brutal. I find something different about them then any other metal death metal band.

well slipknot is the band that got me into metal, 4 years ago, and i guess ill always consider them my favourite band because of that. Although my oppinion of them dropped off a cliff when they brought out all hope is gone. what the hell were they thinking? Theyve lost all their awesome maggots and brought in a huge emo fanbase ("[I]whew dead memories!"...[I] ...get fucked..) :) You get me?
And suicide silence are an awesome band...ruined by an absolutely shite vocalist...completely ruined! Replace him and youve got an amazing band. danroush i dont blame you going outside when you saw them live lol. We just stood theyre and laughed. BUT thats when i realized they were great instrumentally. Vocalist gave me a headache though..

LOL! As great as "Amused to Death" is, he's only played the title track, "What God Wants, Part I", and "It's A Miracle". That's what I've heard. Most of his concerts consist of Pink Floyd material, which pretty much defeats the purpose of seeing Roger Water sans Floyd. It'd be great to see him live. Rumor has it that he's going to redo "The Wall" live for a 2010/2011 tour. If he does, I'm doing what I can to get tickets, but with Roger, you never know.

Only Fall Out Boy so far. The crowd wasn't even that good. It was like, a concert hall thing, with seats. The pit was pitifully about 1/8 filled. I was on the seats. There were like, loads of space. The hall was too big methinks. Should have done it in HK instead of Macau, more people go there. *does not help there was a typhoon on its way* Would watch them somewhere again. David Gilmour is also pretty intense live also. When i was him play echoes, i felt like i was going to shit myself. David Gilmour's version of it live is the most powerful thing i've heard in my entire life. I think i was about ready to cry when the song was over, because it was just that fucking powerful to me. If you don't believe me, go listen to it on the live Gdansk concert CD/DVD.

Never knew Roger released an "In The Flesh" tour DVD. That's awesome. I need to get that. Gilmour is impressive from what I've seen. I actually have the Gdansk DVD. Really amazing show. But in recent years, Roger has really fallen back on his Floyd past, playing songs like "Sheep" and "Careful With That Axe, Eugene". I respect him as a musician, but as a man I don't. He's an asshole in person or so I've heard. Not to mention all the shit he put Gilmour and Wright through on The Wall and The Final Cut. Some of the shit he pulled was just unacceptable.

John, Dan was just kidding. Christ, don't take it so seriously :/
Thanks matt, and to john, I didn't in any way insult it, check my post if you must, I just said that I avoid it. If you got any oher idea then you need to calm your mind down a little
I'm sorry, I overreacted. It's just that I'm in this music forum, and people are always criticizing other genres of music, so I guess I was pissed off.
Sorry again. :)
