I really like the photo, so in that context...there's too much shadow. Not quite sure what you could have done about that though, fill in flash at that distance would probably have blown it away.

I took this picture last year when I took a field trip with my school at the end of the year for the 8th graders. We went to a pit stop and I was taking pictures. When I saw the butterfly and that it didn't fly away when I got close I took the picture emphasizing the butterfly and it's shadow.

I like them, but last time I got annoyed, trying to catch the moment when it spreads its wings the widest :P
