Puffy nipples

sooo im 17 almost 18..in two months..i wear a bra size of 34B..My nipples i think are extremely unattractive cuz they are puffy i guess you can call it.but they dont hurt and the only time my boobs ever hurt is a few days before i start my period and the only time they arent puffy is when im cold!hahaha.so my question is,will they always stay this way?or will they eventually grow out of this?i mean considering im almost 18 and most ppl stop growing around that age ):

Well i dont know what will happen but most likely they will stay that way. my girlfriend is the same age and has this same "problem" i think they are perfectly fine. everyone is different.

Yes many girls have puffy nipples. Nothing unusual or different.
