My DH, siblings and their significant others do a Secret Santa name pick every year with a $ limit of $30.00 per person. Since our families are growing, I wanted to change things up a bit and doing something fun but cheaper. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Snuggies are great gifts. Many people are giving those out. They are not that expensive probably about 10 bucks a piece. If you don't know what that is, it's a blanket with sleeves. Or you can always buy bath robes.
