You dont look particularly "gay" but "gay" is more of how you act, dress, and just overall present yourself. The only thing in that pic I would think make you "look gay" is that your skin is softer and doesnt have a look of testosterone. No you cant always "pick the gay guys out" because they arent really any different from "straight" guys except for the fact that they are nicer. most of the guy guys I'm friends with/know wear high end looking cloths like nicely pressed well fitted button ups. well a few just wore whatever they could find because they couldnt be "gay" because their dad was in the military or something like that. In my opinion it doesnt matter how you dress or look.
