also, when you "start" puberty, your vocal cavity expands, trying to deepen ur voice.
But in the process ur voicewill crack because of the vocal cavity's unusual growth.

technically puberty is the point at which you gain the ability to reproduce ie. when you are able to ejaculate if male or when you have your first period if female.

The first thing to appear/change is body hair in general, leg/arm/armpits/pubic. Then the penis and testes begin to grow, then the voice starts to deepen/break. Generally the last things to happen are chest/facial hair.

Of course there's the growth spurts that can happen anywhere through the whole period.

One good thing to remember is that puberty doesn't happen all at once. There's a common misconception that you just wake up one morning and BAM, you've "hit" puberty. Puberty is a process, it's gradual, and though there are signs of development, there's no one occurrence of puberty starting. It could be that maybe you're getting pubic hair, and growth spurts. Or maybe you're getting pubic hair and your voice is changing. There are a ton of combinations that could happen, so you know you've hit puberty when these changes become more obvious to you.

Mine started with a rapid growth spurt and then pubes started to grow, but it's different for everyone. If you have armpit hair and had a growth spurt, you are most likely on your way in puberty.

I think you might be looking a bit deep in to this. All you really need to know is that you are in puberty and this is what will probably happen.

There is no particular order, but you are in puberty when:
Your Testicles "drop"
Your penis head swells (becomes more pronounced)
You can ejaculate
Your penis becomes generally bigger
Your voice becomes deeper
Pubic Hair forms
Armpit / leg / more arm / facial hair forms

All of those are signs of puberty. They happen at different times from around 9/10/11/12 years old to about 18/19/20.
