Hi im 14 and I havent ever had a proper long relationship I dont really want 1 at the moment anyway most guys think about getting a girlfriend for sex but if I had one I wouldnt ever think bout it why do most guys think bout sex and not just had the greatness of having a relationship it just makes me wonder because I also dont really hang around to many girls and my mate does and tries to flirt I get hugs but I dont take them for granted like him do you think im weird:D

No, you sound a lot like me actually. My first 'proper' relationship started when i was 14, and ended just 4 months ago. I've never hung around with girls in real life, although most of my friends online are girls. I've found the same thing, im grateful for any sort of attention i get, although im very shy at first. Maybe, its possibly because your friend is around girls more often, therefore feels a lot more comfortable around them to do that sort of thing. As you haven't spent all that much time around them its more of a rarity, therefore you don't take them for granted.
