I'm not sure how it could ruin a friendship with a friend. I've done it once and me and him is fine. It's not like we did it to each other, by our selves. Some people take things differently then I do, so I CAN see how it could cause a problem.

It's the fact that some people would regret it or feel too akward to even speak to a friend afterword. Some people just can't handle it and aren't close enough fiends to admit they liked it or didn't like it, and instead just avoid each other because try take it dramatically
