First off, I don't know if this is the right place or not. I am just a tad bit bigger in my stomach and my thighs than what I want to be. What is some good excersizes I can do to loose weight.
MODS: If this is in the wrong place, move it where it shoudl go!!:)

Push bike riding is a good form of excercise as it requires a lot of the same movements as running, but doesn't damage the knees.
Also try and stay away from foods that are high in fat and foods like pasta before going to sleep as they aren't used as much by the body while you're sleeping and is simply stored as fat etc. instead of being used up.
