Two days a go, I came out to some of my friends and hoped they wouldn't tell anyone else. Some of them did, but I kinda knew it would happen.
I just wanted to know, Whats the worst thing that I should expect from coming out, and what are the big 'stages' of the coming out process that are important. Such as: first coming out and telling your parents, ect.
thanks in advance. I'll happily give more info if needed.

The first day back after coming out is always the worst, you get hassled and laughed at by almost everyone. After that though it gets allot easier to deal with. All the idiots with 6 brain cells get bored and only the ones that were off, or were hanging back still take the piss.
As for telling your parents, Unless they're going to find out from someone else; or You want to tell them. I wouldn't bother, it's not the easiest thing to talk to your parents about, it's even worse if you change your mind at some point.

Actually you won't be laughed at and harassed by everyone they'll most likely be asking you questions about it to see if it's true and you'll probably get a few people staring at you but not everyone in your school is going to start insulting you because of it. When I went to school there were a lot gay kids none of them were laughed at. Just walk in school with your head high and if they ask don't deny it. Just be proud of it and let them know it. Also only come out to your parents if you're positive that it's what you want to do.

Of course there's that too. Forgot about the possible good bits lol.
It depends on what your school is like.

I agree completely with this. My mates have known I'm bi for months but I still haven't found the right time to tell my parents.
As for school, don't worry about it too much. Most people will ask questions, "How do you know?", "Who do you like?", "Who knows?" etc etc. And to be fair, after that most people have had respect for me for coming out. It can go either way though, be prepared for the worst. But it won't necessarily be that bad - so good luck. :)
