First off, hi and welcome to VT. :) Secondly, hun what your doing is incredibly dangerous! If that is all your eating a day then your only gaining roughly 50 calories daily. A teenage girl is supposed to have around 2000 calories daily! And also your not getting all the vitimans and minerals need to keep you healthy. Your going to get very sick if you continue like this!

You need to eat!!!!!! This is so dangerous! My friend was hospitalized for doing something like this. She'd eat an orange each day. Just an orange. This is so unhealthy. There are healthy ways of losing weight and this is def not one of them. Listen to your friends and stop this "diet"/starvation routine.

Okay if you want to lose weight, extreme dieting isn't the way to go.

The best thing to do is only eat when you're genuienly hungry, and not because you're bored or whatever. And eat in moderation, drnk lots of water and excercise.

You need a lifestyle change, not a diet. That is if you want to lose weight and keep it off. I suggest the site my mom used to lose about 80 pounds and I used to gain a few by working out. It's called www.sparkteens.com.

That's the one for teens. I say give it a shot and see what's what. I think you should be eating around 2000 calories a day, but that's just a wild guess. Exercies helps loads so go for a run/jog/bike every other day.
