You are a child. Though I don't agree that 13 is too young for sex. I feel it'd be perfectly fine. Though purity rings mean nothing. Well I'm not a girl but disagree with that. With proper foreplay the vagina should be naturally lubricated and penetration should not be painful with a normal sized penis. The pain first time should only really come if it breaks your hymen.
