What are the requirements to become the person that maintains a social group?

I wanted to start one a while ago and sent a pm to a mod asking how, and he said i didnt fulfill the requirements. he was kind enough, however, to create it anyway and said he would transfer it to me when i fulfilled the requirements. i never found out what these were....so yeah.

I think it's member for 90 or 180 days and 500 posts not sure about the amount of days though.

You could ask someone that meets those criteria to make one for you.
