Well that depends.
Are we talking 45 degree angle?
90 degree angle?
180 degree angle (God that'd be awkward...)?

And I would imagine a severely curved penis (Lets say 45 degrees or more) would affect sex a bit. Curved objects don't exactly fit in straight holes. ;)

But severely curved peni are so rare in nature, that they're almost nonexistent.

I dont think it would affect sex much coz it is bone it is mussle so it bends, but i have never really thought about it so i dont realy know.
