Help me I need a relationship!!!!

I'm 14 and never really been good with girls. I can speak to them and I'm not that bad but I can't ask anyone out and when anyone asks me out, I'm somehow immediatly far to nervous to talk to her. I've not been out with anyone for about a year and a half and I really need a relationship. I really think i'm ready for a sexual relationship but I'm just to shy about stuff like that.
Any help or tips?

Two, you are NOT ready for a sexual relationship, because as you mentioned you are too "shy" that means your are not comfortable with it yet.
Three, Wait for someone you love and makes you feel special if you are planning on having a sexual relationship. There is nothing worse than losing your virginity, and then regretting it.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Let me add one more thing. You do not need a relationship. You need to have fun and focus on your studies.

If you say "I need a relationship", then chances are the last thing you need is a relationship.

Yeah, I don't think you need a relationship, you just want one. Two totally different things.

I personally think that before you can go into a good relationship, you have to feel good about yourself.

Also, if your too shy to talk to a girl, your very unlikely to be ready for sex.

I'd say improve your self-esteem and most likely your self-image too and try and boost your confidence. Once you feel great about yourself, people and especially girls will start to notice what a great guy you are.
