If you're not sure how the girl feels about it then it would be polite to ask whether she wants you to pull out before you get going. Not everyone wants you to cum in their mouth.

As a formal courtesy I always ask before hand if she wants me to pull out or if she wants to swallow. Most guys I've talked to said they have the decency to ask. My ex for example said she didn't want to swallow. So I just kept a tissue nearby. no big deal :)

Girls don't posses the mental ability to know when guys are going to cum, so they can't tell you when/if to pull out. So I'd recommend to every guy to ask before they even start.
