I keep getting cramp up and down one of my legs :(
The worst is in my calf muscle.
It keeps going into some serious knots.
But ive also got it in my foot and hip
Does anyone know what else I can do to make it stop?
Its been like this for nearly half an hour.
Ive been drinking lots of fluids and Ive had lots of salt.
Ive done a lot of excercise today so I know thats probably the reason.
Im trying to keep it stretched out but as soon as I stretch one part, another part goes into a knot.
Any help would be much-ely appreciated! :(

Get some calcium and magnesium into your system. If you have some calcium tablets, that would be the best way to get some. Also, try and get some potassium (from bananas or eggs). You'll cramp up to you have an imbalance - probably was balanced before you exercised a lot. Anyway, get those elements into your body ASAP and then lie down for a bit - watch some TV, but just don't move for a bit, as moving provokes it (but you knew that ;))
Hope it gets better, Lynne!

My pleasure... I know that you're going to hate me for this, but when you return, go back down there and eat another one  This will supply your muscles with more energy to rebuild your muscles (as right now your muscles are completely torn up from exercises and spasms I assume) and it will relieve some of your ATPs from duty :)
