Actually a 5' dick would, of course, be absolutely enormous, and I cant tell whether he means he has a 5" penis or is 5' tall. Either way wanking less wont help or speed up any growth.

There is no significant scientific evidence to show that not masturbating will increase the rate of growth or puberty.
