New year resoloution

for 2010 my NYR is going to be to quit self harming :)
i really hope i can do it because its been a habit since i was nine and ive wanted to stop before.

Well I was looking on youtube and some man said that there are many ways that can help you achieve your goal. The main one is that you need support of the others around you, if this means telling someone like your friends or parents then so be it but I feel that this would help greatly. Also if you keep a diary of how your feeling and coping this may also take your mind of it. Another big thing was to give yourself rewards every so often this will keep you motivated. Well hope you can do it, im sure you will. :) x
