yes you can scratch the inside, make sure ur nails arent pointy. and if you want to stick something in your anus, make sure a part won't come off, such as a pen cap. If you want to stick something up there like a highlighter or something use the back end where nothing can come off, and a good thing to do is put vaseline on what is going up, the anus is often tight, and will hurt sticking something up there.
