Ok so this iPhone/iPod Touch app I am T Pain is awesome. Basically it's just portable auto tune. I read reviews and decided to download it and it's extremely fun. If you have an iPhone/iPod Touch (i am t pain fir iPod touch needs headphones with a mic) I recommend downloading this app. It's very fun to play with.

Im pissed off with it. I downloaded it, connected the mic, and the screen still says "No mic" connected. ARGH waste of $3 for me.

i really wanted to use it =[

Did you restart it? That sometimes works for me.

Did you make sure it's the ipod touch mic/headest and not some random mic?

What gen. I have the touch 2g and it works perfect. The 3rd gen may need it. I think it has a mic. I would research that more. If it's the first gen it may not work. I would check online more.

3rd gen, and 3gen doesnt have mic.

no i dont have the apple mic/headphone set, guess i need those

Probably that. I bought apple earbuds with mic today just to use I Am T-Pain. And my other ones broke. Haha. And it was the only earbuds at best buy with a mic that I saw. If you know someone with apple earbuds with a mic try theirs before you spend $40. It was $40 in my area.
