Film Director

i have been working with film and filmmaking since age 11, and ever since i started i have loved it. i am now 15 and very intrested in being a film director, does anyone know any good colleges with film classes?

I know that Florida State University has a well known film school, and multiple oscar winning directors have come from there. But aside from colleges, have you tried the New York Film Academy? I had an aspiring friend who spent 3 months there and learned tons about film making. And it's in your area too.
