I'm in a bit of a problem

I Fancy this girl and she's like one of the nicest looking girls in our school and she doesn't know that i fancy her but all her friends think i do because i put "ilu" on the end of texts and a lot of kisses,She knows I Love her as a mate but she doesn't know i fancy her.People are saying i do fancy her and i'm having to say "no i don't" because i really want her to be the first to know.BUT Some of her friends don't like me and if i went out with her it would maybe make some of her friends turn on her and i don't want her to be really upset.

What should i do?

unfortunately, if this is high school we're talking about, as much as it should be, it usually isn't. girls are very cliquey and would rather be accepted by their friends than go out with this guy, unless hes really really worth it. my suggestion for you my friend, is that this is quite a sticky situation to be in, and it would be an uphill battle. your rep is already tarnished by her close friends, so i wouldn't apologize, but show them how cool of a guy you are and be as friendly as possible and get on their good side before you try it. and if people ask you, dont get defensive, say something liek "maybe" or "that's none of your business ;)" or "don't worry about it" but don't ACT like it's a huge deal, cuz if it is, people will take notice and shit will go down.
