Don't be whining. It's your fault.

You need to man up a little bit and realize that you're bringing this all upon yourself. Since you "can't" work out on your own, get a personal trainer and tell them that you find working out boring. I'm sure they can develop some fun activities for you to loose some weight and get in shape. Also, talk to someone about nutrition, because you eating crap will definitely not help. Set up a diet of some sort. And to be honest with you, that's the only way you'll loose weight.

This thread (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=20321) has some general advice on how to lose weight without going overboard. It might be a good place to start.
Also, as Sauros said, you need to get over exercise being "boring" and just find something you can make interesting or fun. Wear your iPod while you run, ride your bike, or get on the treadmill, and focus on that. Mix up your exercise routine so you don't get bored of doing the same thing all the time. You won't lose much weight by diet alone if you actually want to be healthy about it. Exercise is a key part of losing weight, and of just plain being healthier.
Exercise also releases feel-good chemicals in your brain, so working up a sweat and getting a good workout will become more attractive as your body learns that exercise=feeling good afterwards. Plus, knowing that you're doing something to improve yourself is pretty good motivation on its own.
Just stop making excuse and get moving. Its easier than it sounds. :)
