ok, im 15. and im still growing ive gone from 4'11 to around 5'7-5'8 in one year.

but my penis hasnt got alot bigger.

is there still time, or will i always be small?

Most likely you will grow preety soon here. Most guys grow around that age. So dude dont worry your normal, and grow in time.
